Templates Activity-file audit

Activity-file audit

A two-page audit: identity of the activity, a found-not-reconstructed stop, must-be-found ticks (gap through PARS), enduring extras, and a reconstruction list.

Consultants get hired because the files are thin. A fluent cover memo is not a file. This page makes the holes visible before anyone drafts a self-study.

Who it is for

  • Consultants opening a client SharePoint for the first time
  • Interim directors who inherited a drive and a deadline
  • Managers who want a second pair of eyes before a progress report

What is inside

  • Activity identity: title, who is accredited, dates, auditor
  • A stop: found, not reconstructed
  • Must-be-found ticks for gap, Standard 3, materials, evaluation, support, joint providership, credit language, PARS
  • Enduring extras: release, review, termination, verified learners
  • What AI may draft versus what it must not do
  • Reconstruction list and a signature

How to use it

  1. Open the folder before you open a chatbot. Tick only documents you can point at. MISSING is a valid answer.
  2. Separate found from reconstructable. Chase emails and a missing-item list can be drafted. A gap, a learner count, and a mitigation cannot.
  3. Do not determine compliance. This tells you what you can defend. The accredited provider still owns the finding.
  4. Leave the page in the client folder. Put their name on it. No login, nothing tracked.
